Baked Buffalo Hot Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb wings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Frank's buffalo wings sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425

Dry wings thoroughly

Sprinkle garlic powder and toss, sprinkle salt and toss, sprinkle black pepper and toss.

Sprinkle half of the baking powder and toss. Sprinkle remaining half and toss.

Place the wings on a rack on top of a sheet pan. Give them space

Throw in the oven for 20 mins and the turn each wing.

Bake for a other 30 mins

Put wings in a large bowl and toss with buffalo wing sauce
