Ingredients

  • 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Heat oil and sauté onion and garlic.
