Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation
