Ingredients

Cook Mode
  • 2 lbs venison, cubed
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown venison in a pot.

Add vegetables and sauté.
