Ingredients

Cook Mode
  • 2 lbs lamb shoulder, cubed
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown lamb in a pot.

Add onion and carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
