Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 leeks, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives for garnish

Preparation

Melt butter and sauté leeks and onion until soft.
