Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 parsnips, sliced
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Sear chicken in a pot.
