Ingredients

  • 1 cup green lentils
  • 2 sweet potatoes, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Sauté onion in a pot.

Add carrots, sweet potatoes, lentils, and spices.
