Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
