Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
