Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 cup barley
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown beef in a pot, then add onion, carrots, and celery.
