Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Preparation

Mix 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

Add warm milk, butter, and egg; knead in remaining flour.

Let dough rise for 1 hour.

Roll out dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, roll up.
