  • 200g ground turkey breast
  • 100g lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
