Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
