Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.

Add ground turkey, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.

Stuff bell pepper halves with the turkey mixture and top with cheese.
