Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on)
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Grill salmon skin-side down for 6-8 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes until done.

In a bowl, mix diced avocados, tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper for the salsa.
