  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix almond flour and butter for crust, press into pan, bake 15 minutes.
