Ingredients

  • 4 pork cutlets, pounded thin
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 rolls
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Mustard

Preparation

Dredge pork cutlets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
