Ingredients
- 4 pork cutlets, pounded thin
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 4 rolls
- Lettuce leaves
- Mustard
Preparation

Dredge pork cutlets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
