  • 6 bratwurst sausages
  • 1 jar (32 oz) sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the bratwurst on all sides.
