Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Blanch cabbage leaves to soften.

Mix beef, rice, onion, salt, and pepper.
