  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.

In another bowl, mix pumpkin, oil, eggs, sugar, and water.
