Ingredients

Cook Mode
  • 1 cup pearl barley
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Rinse barley and add to pot with broth.

Bring to boil, add vegetables and oregano.
