Ingredients

Cook Mode
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms. Cover and let sit for 12-18 hours.

Preheat oven to 450°F with a Dutch oven inside.

Shape dough into a ball on floured surface, place in hot Dutch oven.
