  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation
