Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
