Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bites
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

Heat a skillet over high heat.
