- 1 cup grated monterey jack cheese
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1 can whole corn (drained)
- 2 cans cream corn
- 1 8oz package corn muffin mix
- 4 eggs
- dash of sugar and salt
Preparation

Mix everything together, excluding the cheese.

Fold in the cheese

Put in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, checking periodically for doneness
