Ingredients

  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

Mix sauerkraut, sausage, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, and 1 egg.
