Ingredients

  • 4 Weisswurst sausages
  • 2 large soft pretzels
  • 4 tablespoons sweet Bavarian mustard
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Bring a pot of water to a simmer (do not boil).

Add the Weisswurst sausages and cook for 10 minutes.

Warm the pretzels in a low oven if desired.

Remove sausages, peel off the skin, and serve with pretzels and mustard.
