  • 1 prime rib roast (6-8 lbs)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°F.
